Cleaning
Cleantheproductonlywithasoft,clean,drycloth.
Useaclothwettedwithafewdropsofanycommerciallyavailablewindowcleanertoclean
themirror.
Donotuseaggressive,chemicalorscouringcleaningagents,asthismayleadtodiscoloura-
tionorchangesinthematerialonthesurface.Donotsqueezetoohardonthemirrorsurface;
thiswillcausescratchmarksorthemirrormaybreak(lossofwarranty).
Disposal
a) General
 Theproductmustnotbedisposedofinthehouseholdwaste.
 Pleasedisposeoftheproduct,whenitisnolongerofuse,accordingtothecurrent
statutoryrequirements.
 Removeanybatteriesinsertedanddisposeofthemseparatelyfromtheproduct.
b) Batteries and rechargeable batteries
Astheenduser,youarerequiredbylaw(Batteryordinance)toreturnallusedbatteries/re-
chargeablebatteries;disposaloftheminthehouseholdwasteisprohibited.
 Batteries/rechargeablebatteriescontaininghazardoussubstancesarelabelledwith
thissymboltoindicatethatdisposalindomesticwasteisprohibited.Thedesigna-
tionsfortheheavymetalsinvolvedare:Cd=Cadmium,Hg=Mercury,Pb=Lead.
Usedbatteries,rechargeablebatteriesaswellascoincellscanbereturnedtocollectionpoints
inyourmunicipality,ourstoresorwhereverbatteries/rechargeablebatteries/coincellsaresold.
Youtherebyfullyourstatutoryobligationsandcontributetotheprotectionoftheenvironment.

• Pulloutthewhiteplasticinsert.
• Insertthethreebatteries(see“Technicaldata”fortype)observingproperpolarity.Thepositi-
vepoleismarkedonthebatteriesandtheplasticinsertcorrespondingly.
• Inserttheplasticinsertinthecorrectorientation(seepictureabove)intothelowerpart(with
thehexagon).
Thesmallroundholeintheplasticinsertandwiththis,thepositivepoleofthebatte-
ries,pointstowardstheLED.
• FastentheupperpartwiththeLEDtothelowerpart(turntotheright,clockwise).
• Abatteryreplacementisrequiredwhenthelightisfaintordoesnotgoonatall.
Notes on operation
Insert mirror, LED light or magnetic head into the telescopic shaft
• Ahexagonalholeattheendofthetelescopichandleisintendedforthevariousattachments
(2differentmirrors,LEDlightormagnetichead).
 Pulltheserratedlockingringtowardsthehandle(seearrowintheimagebelow)andinsert
thedesiredattachmentintothehexagonalhole).
• Releasingthelockingringwilllocktheattachmentintothetelescopichandle.
Switching the LED light on/off
TheLEDmaybeturnedonoroffbyturningtheupperpart.Notethelabelandthearrowmark-
ingonthetoppart(“OFF”=turnoff,“ON”=turnon).
Using the exible claw pick-up tool
•Removetheprotectivecapfromthetipoftheclawpick-uptool.
• Holdtheclawpick-uptoolasshowninthegurebelowandwithyourthumbpressthemetal
button.
• Whenyoupressthemetalbutton,threewirehooksaremovingoutofthetipoftheclawpick-
uptool.Thoseallowyoutoclaspasmallobject.
• Releasethemetalbutton.Theintegralspringwillretractthethreewirehookswhileholding
theclaspedobjectinplace.
• Theexiblegooseneckenablesyoutooptimallypositionthetipofthepick-uptool.
Thewirehooksoftheclawpick-uptoolsupportmovingsmall/lightweightpartsonly.
Movingpartsthataretoolarge/heavymaycausedamagetotheclawpick-uptool;
lossofguarantee/warranty!
• Protectthetipwiththecapagain,whenyounolongerneedtheclawpick-uptool.
Using the mirror
• Thejointattached tothe mirrorenables movementinto differentpositions.Both, rotating
(360°)andpivotingmotionsofthemirrorarepossible.
• Ifthemirrorismovedtooeasilyorifittiltsbyitself,tightenthescrewinthejointabit(hold
thestopnutontheothersideinplacewithaatnosepliersorasocketwrench).However,
donotuseanyforce.
Theintegralspringinthejointtogetherwiththestopnutpermitoptimalpositioning
duetothemirror’smobility.
Magnetic bowl
Themagneticbowlcanbefastenedtoasuitablemetalsurface.Scratchesonsurfaces(e.g.,on
acarbody)canbeavoidedduetotherubberbase.
Themagnetalsoholdsanysmallpartsputintothemagneticbowl,asfarasthematerial/design
(andweight)permits.
