Warning - TomTom GPS watch
The TomTom GPS watch provides you with information that encourages you to adopt a more active
lifestyle. The information and data provided is a close estimate of your activity and may not be
completely accurate. Data shown can vary per device used or per person and may be dependent on
their height, weight, age, build, and activity level. The TomTom GPS watch cannot be relied on or
used as a replacement for medical advice. We recommend that you consult your physician before

Warning - Heart Rate Monitor
This heart rate monitor is not a medical device. Always consult a physician before starting an
exercise program. If you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, consult your
physician before using this product. The use of this product while exercising might distract from
your surroundings or your activity. Interference with the signal from external sources, poor contact
with your wrist and other factors may prevent accurate heart rate data readings or transmissions.
TomTom disclaims all liability arising from any such inaccuracies.
Waterproofing
The reliability of the watch when you use it under water depends on water pressure, depth changes,
water contamination, water saltiness, water temperature, and other environmental factors. Moving
the watch vigorously under water at a depth of 40 m (5 ATM) is not advised. If the watch is
subjected to vigorous movement underwater, TomTom cannot guarantee that the watch will still
function to its full capacity.

Battery and Environmental information
This product uses a lithium polymer battery that is not user accessible or user replaceable. Do not
open the case or (attempt to) remove the battery. Substances in the product and/or battery may be
harmful to the environment or your health if disposed of improperly. The battery contained in the
product must be recycled or disposed of properly according to the local laws and regulations and
always kept separate from household waste.
