13.14 Change language
Change
language
Select this button to change the language used for all the buttons and
messages you see on your device.
You can choose from a wide range of languages. When you change the
language, you are also given the opportunity to change the voice.
To conrm, press the centre button on the Navigation Control.
13.15 Change map colours

Select this button to select the colour schemes for day and night map
colours.
You can download new colours using TomTom HOME. To select a
downloaded colour, select an additional colour scheme, then the colour
required.
13.16 Brightness

Select this button to set the brightness of the screen.
You can also set these options:
• ”Day colour brightness” - if this option is selected, your device increases
the brightness of the screen.
• ”Night colour brightness” - if this option is selected, your device reduces
the brightness of the night colours so they are not distracting.
• ”Automatically switch day/night brightness” - select this option to
automatically alter the brightness based on the car’s illumination level.
To view the map and menus in day or night colours, select ”Use day colours”
or ”Use night colours” in the Preferences menu.
