部品構成下記の内容・数量が揃っているかを確認してください。( )内は同梱されている数量です。スタッドボルトM6（4）六角ボルトM6（6） 1/8テーパーネジプラグ（1）ナットM6（4）ドレンプラグ（1）オイルパン本体（1）スプリングワッシャーM6（10）ドレンプラグワッシャー（1）作業に必要な工具類取り付けには下記が必要です。・エンジン整備用工具一式・トルクレンチ・整備要領書・冷却水（LLC）注意 ■本品は自動車競技専用部品です。サーキットや公道から閉鎖されたコース内に限って使用してください。 ■一般公道で使用すると車両本来の安全性が損なわれ危険です。また、法律で罰せられます。 ■本品の取り付けは特別の訓練を受けた整備士が、設備の整った作業場で実施してください。 ■指定する車種以外への取り付けはおやめください。本品およびエンジンを破損する恐れがあります。 ■各ボルトの締め付けはトルクレンチを用いて、規定トルクで締め付けてください。規定トルクで締め付けないとボルトが緩んだり、ボルトを破損する恐れがあり危険です。 ■締め付け部は定期的に点検してください。 ■部品脱

装着について 1. ノーマルオイルパンの取り外しノーマルのオイルパンを取り外し、取付面に付着しているガスケットをスクレーパーなどで除去してください。 2. ボルト交換図の4ヶ所のボルトを付属のスタッドボルトに交換してください。 3. オイルパン仮付けオイルパンを仮付けして、ストレーナーとオイルパン底部や、その他の部位に干渉が無いことを確認してください。 4. オイルパン取り付け（1）オイルパンの取り付け面の脱脂を行ってください。（2）チューブプレッサーを用いて液状ガスケット（スリーボンド1215相当）をφ4～5で切れ間無く塗布してください。（3）液状ガスケットを塗布したら、塗布後5分以内に取り付けてください。 ※取り付けの際はオイルパンのスイングプレートが閉じていることを確認してください。特にエンジンを逆転して作業している場合は開きやすいので注意してください。 × （4）ボルトおよびナットを、トルクレンチを用いて締め付けてください。規定トルク 6.37～7.44N・m (0.65～0.76kgm) ○ 5.

INSTALLATION 1. REMOVING THE STOCK OIL PAN Remove the stock oil pan. Then remove all signs of the old gasket with a metal scraper. 2. CHANGE BOLTS Change the 4 stud bolts with new ones as supplied in the kit (as shown in the illustration above). 3. TEST FITTING THE OIL PAN Temporarily test fit the new oil pan to check if there is any interference/contact with the oil strainer and the bottom of the oil pan. Also check all areas to be sure that everything fits well. 4.
