REPLACING THE CONROD BOLTS
Use a plastic hammer when inserting the conrod bolts into
the Conrod.
TIGHTENING THE CONROD BOLTS
CAUTION
■ Use an Angle Wrench when specifed to.
■ Apply heatproof lubricant to the nuts contact surface to prevent scouring when tightening the bolts with
the correct torque.
【4G63】
(1) Torque to 1.5±0.1kgm.
(2) Align the nut & conrod cap with the mark

(3) Turn 70° degrees with a Torque Angle Wrench.
(4) Completely undo the bolt.
(5) Torque to 1.5±0.1kgm.
(6) Turn 70° degrees with a Torque Angle Wrench.
