1.PleaserefertothegenuinemaintenancemanualandthenpleaseremovetheV-BeltCover,VBelt,
AirConBeltTensioner,CrankPulley,TimingBeltcover,TimingBeltGuide.
2.FittheTimingBeltGuidewiththeboltssuppliedinthekit.
1)Temporarilytightenthebolts.
2)Pleasecheckthetimingbeltguideandthetimingbeltguide
clearance.
【Clearance: 1.0 ± 0.5mm (0.039 ± 0.020 in) 】
3)Oncetheclearanceisconfirmedyoucanthentightenthebolts.
【TorqueTensionSettings: 10Nm (1.0kgf-m) 】
3.FittheTimingBeltCover.

4.FittheCrankPulley
1)Temporarilytightenthecrankpulleybolt.

2)Thoroughlytightenthecrankpulley.

EJ205 Engines：130 Nm (13.3kgf-m)
EJ255 ：180 Nm (18.3kgf-m)

・Oncethecrankpulleyhasbeenfittedandthethebolttightenedpleaseensurethatthepulley
hasbeensetover65°degrees.

5.Installalltheotherpartsthatwasremovedinthebeginning.
