水平対向エンジンはチューニングを進めていくとタイミングベルトの振動が激しくなり、最悪の場合タイミング

ベルトのコマ飛びが発生し、バルブとピストンの干渉を誘発します。

TOMEIベルトガイドは純正エンジンのベルトガイドでは不足している強度をアルミ削り出しとする事で確保

し、表面に硬質アルマイトを施すことでベルトの背当たりによるガイド摩耗を防ぎます。

また、ガイド部分を延長する事によりベルトの振動を抑制します。

部品構成キットに付属されている内容は下記の通りです。（）内は数量です。ベルトガイド（１）ボルト（２）取り付けに必要な工具類・エンジン整備用工具一式注・トルクレンチ意 ■本品は自動車競技専用です。サーキットや公道から閉鎖されたコース内に限って使用してください。 ■自動車競技という特殊用途に用いる為、取り付けは特別の訓練を受けた整備士が、設備の整った作業場で実施してください。 ■取り付けの際は、適正な工具と保護具を使用しないとけがにつながり危険です。 ■必ず富士重工の発行する整備要領書の指示に従い脱着を行ってください。 ■指定した適合車種及びエンジン以外への取り付けはできません。指定したエンジン以外に取り付けると各部が適合せず、本品、およびエンジン本体を破損します。 - 3 -

取り付け１．整備要領書を参考に、Vベルトカバー、Ｖベルト、A/Cベルトテンショナー、クランクプーリー、タイミングベルトカバータイミングベルトガイドを取り外す。２．ベルトガイドを付属のボルトで取り付ける。 1) ボルトを仮締めする。 2) タイミングベルトとタイミングベルトガイドのクリアランスを確認する。【クリアランス：1.0±0.5mm (0.039±0.020 in) 】 3) ボルトを締め付ける。【締め付けトルク：10N・m (1.0kgf-m) 】３．タイミングベルトカバーを取り付ける。【締め付けトルク：5N・m (0.5kgf-m) 】４．クランクプーリーを取り付ける。 1) クランクプーリーボルトを仮締めする。【締め付けトルク：44N・m (4.5kgf-m) 】 2) クランクプーリーボルトを本締めする。【締め付けトルク】 EJ205の場合：130N・m (13.3kgf-m) EJ255の場合：180N・m (18.3kgf-m) EJ207の場合：177N・m (18.

INSTALLATION 1. Please refer to the genuine maintenance manual and then please remove the V-Belt Cover, V Belt, Air Con Belt Tensioner, Crank Pulley, Timing Belt cover, Timing Belt Guide. 2. Fit the Timing Belt Guide with the bolts supplied in the kit. 1) Temporarily tighten the bolts. 2) Please check the timing belt guide and the timing belt guide clearance. 【Clearance: 1.0 ± 0.5mm (0.039 ± 0.020 in) 】 3) Once the clearance is confirmed you can then tighten the bolts. 【Torque Tension Settings: 10Nm (1.
