EJ20はエンジンチューニングを進めていくとクランクケースの強度不足や、

オイルキャビテーションによるオイルパン内のオイル不足が発生します。

TOMEIバッフルステフナーは２重構造により、左右のクランクケースを結合し、

強度を向上させるとともに、オイルの偏りを防ぎます。

部品構成下記の内容・数量が揃っているかを確認してください。( )内は同梱されている数量です。 Oリング(1) バッフル(1) ボルト M6×16 (17) M6×20 (2) M6×30 (1) ステフナー(1) 作業に必要な工具類取り付けには下記が必要です。・エンジン整備用工具一式・トルクレンチ・整備要領書・液体ガスケット・オイルストレーナー用純正Oリング注意 ■本品は自動車競技専用部品です。サーキットや公道から閉鎖されたコース内に限って使用してください ■本品の取り付けは特別の訓練を受けた整備士が、設備の整った作業場で実施してください。 ■指定する車種以外への取り付けはおやめください。本品およびエンジンを破損する恐れがあります。 ■部品脱着の際には無理な力を加えないでください。部品を破損する恐れがあります。 ■取り付けの際は、適切な工具、保護具を使用しないと、けがにつながり危険です。警告 ■本品の取り付けはエンジン及びエンジンルーム内が冷えた状態で行ってください。 ■部品欠落による車輌の破損・火災が起こる可能性があるため、製品構成部品の取り付けは確実に行ってください。

取り付け（１）整備要領書を参考にオイルパン、ストレーナー、バッフルを取り外す（２）ブロックにバッフルを取り付ける左図３カ所に付属のボルトで取り付ける。 ①-A ①-B ③ Oリングの脱落注意 ①-A , ①-B ボルトM6×16 ※ストレーナーのステーの方向によってどちらか取り付けてください。 ② ボルトM6×30 ③ ボルトM6×16 ② 各締付けトルク : 0.65kgf-m (6.5N・m) （3）ステフナー取り付け準備液体ガスケット A図 : ステフナーにOリングを取り付ける B図 : エンジンブロックの合わせ面に液体ガスケットを塗布する。 A B （4）ステフナーとオイルストレーナーの取り付け取り付けたOリングが外れないよう注意しステフナーをエンジンブロックのボルト穴に合わせる。 ① オイルストレーナーをステフナーに付属のボルトで取り付ける ① ボルトM6×20 （締め付けトルク：1.0kgf-m(10N・m）） ② ボルトM6×16 （締め付けトルク：0.65kgf-m(6.
