PRIOR TO FIRST USE
Before using the appliance for the rst me, please proceed as follows: carefully remove the milk frother from its packaging and
remove all the packaging material. Keep the packaging (plasc bags and cardboard) out of the reach of children. Aer unpacking
the appliance, check it for external damage that may have occurred during transport. Place the milk frother on a heat-resistant
at surface.
Clean the cover, whisk and mixer with warm water and a mild washing-up liquid. Dry these components thoroughly.
Only clean the base unit and interior with a moist cloth and dry thoroughly. The milk frother is only suitable for frothing
and heang milk. Never ll the milk frother with other liquids.
Check that the voltage corresponds with what is stated on the informaon plate. Insert the plug in the socket.
Mount the mixer at the boom of the milk frother. Fill the milk frother with the required amount of milk. Take note of the upper
maximum indicaon for only heang milk - MAX
- 240 ml.
Place the cover and place the milk frother on the power base. Briey press the ON buon to switch on the milk frother.
Both indicator leds (blue/ red) light up and the mixer starts to rotate.
Depending on the amount of milk, the milk frother stops automacally aer approximately 100 to 120 seconds. The blue indicator
led switches o and the red indicator led connuous to ash for approx. 30 seconds to indicate that the milk frother is ready.
When the milk frother is ready, remove the cover and pour the hot milk in a mug or cup.
Aer use, the milk frother should be cleaned as described in chapter CLEANING & MAINTENANCE.
Allow the milk frother to cool for 2 minutes before using it again or put some cold water in the milk frother. By doing this,
you can start using it again sooner.
