Steam ironing
PLEASE NOTE:
• Theappliance'ssoleplatewillbecomehotduring
use.Donottouchit.
Steamironfabricssuchascottonandlinenatahigh
temperature.
• Fillthewaterreservoirwithwater,see'Fillingthe
waterreservoir'.
• Standtheirononitsheelonalevel,stable,heat-
resistantsurface.
• Inserttheplugintothemainspowersocket.
• Setthetemperaturecontroldialtothedesired
setting.Thetemperatureindicatorwillbelit.The
temperatureindicatorlightwillgooutoncetheset
temperaturehasbeenreached.
• Setthesteamdialtothefirstpositionforthelowest
steamsetting,tothesecondpositionformoresteam
andtothethirdpositionforevenmoresteam.
• Taketheironbythehandle.
• Ironyourlaundry.
• Pressthespraybuttontomoistenthefabricwhile
ironing.
• Pushtheextrasteambuttontoremovestubborn
creases.
• Waitacoupleofsecondsbeforepressingthisbutton
again.
• Standtheirononitsheelafteruse.
• Turnthesteamcontrolto‘0’.
• Turnthetemperaturecontroldialto‘0’.
(wash)basin.
• Setthesteamdialtothethirdpositionfor1minute
(threeclicksup).
• Presstheextrasteambuttonanumberoftimes.
• Turnthetemperaturecontroldialto‘0’.
• Standtheirononitsheelonalevel,stable,heat-
resistantsurface.
• Removetheplugfromthemainspowersocket.
• Allowtheappliancetocool.
• Continuewiththeprocedurein‘Usingthe
appliance’.
USING THE APPLIANCE
Filling the water reservoir
• Turnthesteamcontrolto‘0’.
• Fillthefillingbeakerwithwater.Youcanusetap
water.Theself-cleaningfunctionpreventsthe
formationofscaleintheiron.
• Openthefillingopening.
• Fillthewaterreservoirviaitsopening.
• Closetheopening.
• Standtheapplianceonitsheeltocheckthatthe
waterlevelinthewaterreservoirisnotabovethe
maximummark.
• Continuewiththeprocedurein‘Steam/dryironing’.
