RECIPE

Wafer batter

200 g all-purpose flour – 150 g white sugar – 150 g

butter – 2 eggs – vanilla essence or cinnamon to taste –

1 pinch of salt. Melt butter very slowly and then add the

remaining ingredients – mix everything thoroughly. Add

a few tablespoons of lukewarm water if necessary to

make the batter workable.
