Safety Precautions
Power-cord protection:
To reduce any malfunction, electric shock, fire and injury, please act to the following items:
Hold the connector plugs firmly when connecting or unplug to the AC power.
Keep the AC power supply far from heating devices.
Dont put anything on the AC power cord.
Dont make bold to maintain or recast the AC power cord by yourself.
Unused:
Draw the adaptor from power supply when the unit is unused for a long time.
Dont put your finger or other objects into this unit:
Its very dangerous for touching the inner parts of the unit, and it may damage the unit. Dont
tear down the unit by yourself.
Dont put anything on the disc tray.
Avoid water / magnetic objects:
To avoid any liquid spatter into the unit, please keep it away from liquid or liquid containers,
or it may cause serious damage.
Dont let any magnetic appliance close to the unit, such as loudhailer.
Burden:
Please put the unit flatly, dont place anything onto it.
Dont put the unit on the amplifier or heating device.
Its not allowed to put any liquid container such as vase onto the unit.
Location:
Dont locate the unit in places including:
Directly expose to sunshine, near heating devices or enclose the car;
High temperature (above 40) or high humidity (above 90%);
Dirty places
Or else, it may damage the inner part of the unit.
Moisture Condensation:
The pickup may be condensed with moisture under the following situation:
1. when the heater is just turned on;
2. when the unit is in a vaporous or damp room;
3. when the unit is moved directly from a cold place to a warm place;
If condensation exits, the unit will not operate properly. In this case, connect the power cord of the
unit to the power supply, and leave it for about one hour, then the moisture condensation will
vaporize.
To reduce risk of electric shock, non-qualified
service person is not allowed to open the case
of the unit. Its not allowed to unload the laser,
or it may lead to personal hurt.
Caution
The exclamation point with an equilateral
triangle is intended to alert the user to the
presence of important operation and
maintenance (service) instructions in the
literature accompanying the appliance.
