SYMPTOMS 
CORRECTIONS 
No power 
Check to make sure that the power connection is secure. 
No picture 
Make sure the connection between the unit and TV is secure and check 
the video set up 
Make sure the TV is in good working condition. 
No sound 
Make sure the connection between the player and other devices are secure 
and check the video and audio set up as well as the volume 
Make sure the TV and amplifier are in good working condition and setup 
properly. 
Failed play 
Make sure the disc is properly inserted. (label side faces up). 
Clean the disc. 
Failed to respond to remote 
control 
Remove obstacles between remote and unit. 
Aim remote control at the sensor on the panel. 
Check the battery power is enough or not. 
Picture disturbance 
Check any scratch or dirt on the disc. 
Shut down the unit; wait for several seconds and than restart the unit if no 
other errors show. 
Failed to work with keys 
Power  surges  or  other  unconventionality  phenomena,  such  as  static. 
Restart the power supply.
