7. This Wrrny only pplies where defec hs risen, wholly or subsnilly, s resul of fuly mnufcure, prs
nd where such defec ppers during he Wrrny Period.
8. You mus be ble o lwfully llow he Compny o inspec he propery on which he Produc is inslled o deermine
he cuse of he problem.
9. This Wrrny does no cover nor exend o, in respec of he exerior pin sysem, norml wehering which includes
nurl reducion in pin gloss nd nurl colour chnge of he pin inish. This Wrrny does no cover gins
esheic surfce corrosion including ebg sining.
10. This Wrrny covers only he Produc, i does no cover he guer, fsci bords, or roof subsre or surfce, or ny
dmge o hose iems cused by he insllion of he Produc.
11. The Compny does no gurnee h ny replcemens of he Produc mde under he Wrrny will be in ll respecs
idenicl wih he replced Produc, or precise colour mching, bu i will use is bes endevours o use Produc s
closely mching he originl s possible.

12. The Wrrny does no pply in he following circumsnces:
. where he Produc(s) hve been inslled less hn 500 meres from sl mrine environmen (clm or breking
surf) or hevy indusril condiions;
b. where non Compny ixures re used in he insllion of he Produc or ny oher non Compny pproved
merils re used;
c. where mechnicl, chemicl or oher dmge hs been susined during he hndling, sorge or insllion
of he Produc or subsequen o delivery of he Produc;
d. where he dmge hs been susined due o chemicl gens, fumes, liquids or solids (oher hn direc cidic
free rin or cidic free run o) flling ono he Produc;
e. where he Produc(s) hve come in conc wih soil, sh, ferilizer, moisure reining subsnces, led or
copper nd oher dissimilr mels, chemicl gens, liquid from copper lshings or copper pipes, green or we
imber or reed imber (Refer o Corrosion Technicl Bullein CTB12 “Dissimilr Mels” nd CTB13 “Conc
