STEP 4. If you’re using mesh wih  smller perure (like 2mm), you my need o snip  srnd

or wo of wire o llow he skinny pr of he hook o poke hrough. Mos oher ypes of mesh

won’ require his sep.

STEP 3. Hook he Solr Mesh Hooks under he solr pnel s shown in Figure 2. Evenly spce 3

per meer.

STEP 5. Posiion he mesh over he solr mesh hooks nd gins he ouside edge of your solr

pnel, llowing i o curve down o your roof.

STEP 6. Holding he mesh nd solr mesh hook in plce, insll he locking ple so h i

sndwiches he mesh securely.

STEP 7. Nex you will need o insll corruged sddles on he op nd boom ends of your

pnel. The sddles should lwys be oriened so he long edge is ligned wih he ouer edge

of he mesh. I my be beneicil o noch he mesh  ech sddle o help mould i o he

corrugion. To do his, cu wo slis bou 20mm pr nd pproximely 30mm long over

every second rib.

STEP 8. Insll rims o secure he mesh on he side ends of your pnel. The rims need o be

plced wih he long edge on he roof pnel nd he shor edge poining upwrds. The rim

should run vericlly up he roof long o op of one of he corrugions. Secure by plcing 

mel screw in every pre-mde hole. Do no overighen he mel screws.

STEP 9. Trim he mesh s needed on he corners of he solr pnel nd sick he 2 mesh secions

ogeher wih  screw or wo s required.
