Problem Causes and Suggestions
When properly installed, the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB
modem is a highly reliable product. Most problems are
caused by one of these issues:
䢇 The wrong driver has been installed.
䢇 System resources required by the USB modem are being
used by other devices.
䢇 Network coverage is not available (either because you are
outside the network or because of an account or network
problem).
