24 Section 2A: Installing the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem
Turning Off the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem
When the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB modem is connected
to the computer, it has power and is trying to communicate
with the network. To turn off the USB modem, Sprint
Connection Manager must be closed.
Removing the Sprint Mobile Broadband USB Modem
1. Close Sprint Connection Manager if it is running. There
are three ways to close the program:
䡲 Click the close icon on the interface.

䡲 Right-click the Sprint Connection Manager system
tray icon and select Exit from the menu.

䡲 Click Menu in the upper left-hand corner of the
Sprint Connection Manager window and select Exit.
