To Whom It May Concern:
This letter has been written to verify the VOC content of Titebond Provantage Heavy Duty
Construction Adhesive. The current VOC content of this product is 44 g/L. This is less than the current
VOC content limits of California’s South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule
#1168 for Multipurpose Construction Adhesives which has a VOC content limit of 70 g/L.
Additionally, Titebond Provantage Heavy Duty Construction Adhesive has passed California
Department of Public Health CDPH/EHLB/Standard Method Version 1.2, 2017 testing (Emission
testing method for CA Specification 01350). This is a requirement for obtaining LEED v4 low emitting
materials credit.
