Obtaining Warranty Service:
Contact Titan Customer Service at mail to: [e-mail] for
troubleshooting, assistance and warranty service. Please have your model
number, serial number and proof of purchase on hand before contacting
Customer Service. Once a Titan Customer Service Representative has
confirmed that your product is eligible for warranty service, the product must
be returned to an authorized repair center. The returned product must be
packaged carefully in its original packaging with the original box and
packaging material to avoid shipping damages. Titan is not responsible for
damage resulting from mishandling or improper packaging. Do not return a
defective product to the place of purchase.
Products received without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL
BE PRODUCT REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. IMPLIED
WARRANTIES INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A
