Adjust the band so your STRIDE Watch fits closely but comfortably on your wrist. 2 Remove the spacer from a Crown near 3H, rotate the crown to adjust the time and then press it to start the watch. 3 Open the SONATA STRIDE Watch app on your Phone and follow the instructions on your phone pairing.
