place into position in the base and slide Axle (#1B) through holes

Place the Lower pole (#6) into the top side of the Base (#11) and

Insert Axles (#1A) into the Wheels (#10) as shown. Next press

on the bottom of the base.

Note: the holes on the pole must face

towards the base side.)
