Favorite (special functions)

2. Press the arrow keys to choose 5:SMS Settings, then press the

SELECT soft key.

3. Press the arrow keys to choose 3:Terminal No, then press the

SELECT soft key.

4. Enter the 1-digit terminal number using the numeric keys. You can

also use the arrow keys.

5. Press the SELECT soft key to save the setting.

7. To exit, press the

key.

Writing and sending a new message

You can create a text message containing up to 160 alphanumeric characters

and send it as a SMS, fax or e-mail message.

Sending SMS

1. Press the MENU soft key, then press the arrow keys to choose

Favorite, then press SELECT soft key and select 3:SMS by

pressing the arrow keys. Press the SELECT key.

2. Press the SELECT soft key to choose 1:Write Message.

3. Enter the message text (up to 16 characters) by using the

alphanumeric keys, then press the OK soft key.

(4. Press the SELECT soft key to choose 1:SMS)*

5. Press the arrow keys to choose 1:Enter Number or 2:Search

Number.

Enter Number allows you to manually dial a phone number by using the

numeric key.

Search Number allows you to select a number from the phonebook.
