When emergency call mode is set, the emergency call key lights. Because of
this reason, the handset has to be charged daily!
Emergency call mode do not work, if you use other manufacturers base stations.
Before you turn on emergency call mode, it is necessary to store the emergency
numbers!
Storing emergency numbers
You can store a maximum of 4 emergency numbers. When the emergency call is
activated, these are dialed in sequence. Each emergency number may have a
maximum of 24 digits.
1. Press the MENU soft key to display the main menu items.
2. Press the arrow keys to choose BS Settings, then press the
SELECT soft key.
3. Enter the current base PIN and press the OK soft key.
4. Press the arrow keys to choose 8:Emergency Call, then press the
SELECT soft key.
5. Press the arrow keys to choose 2:Store Number, then press the
SELECT soft key.
6. Press the arrow keys to select the memory location (14), then
press the OK soft key.
7. Enter the call number and press the EDIT key.
8. Press the SELECT key to access 1:Save Number. The emergency
call number is stored.
9. Select further memory locations or press the
key to exit.
If necessary, one or more dialing pauses can be stored. After step 7,
press the arrow keys to choose 2:Insert Pause and confirm by the
soft key SELECT. Enter the following digits of the number and press
the EDIT soft key. Continue with step 8.
