If a call has not been accepted, the letter symbol appears in the display.
Press the Letter symbol key. The call number
is displayed.
If you want to dial the call number
immediately: Press the Lift / Replace key.
The call number is dialled automatically.
Or...
Back Press the Back key, to return to the
telephones idle mode.
The last incoming call number is stored in the handset. A new call number
overwrites the previous one. You can dial the call number at any time.
MENU Press the Menu key.
Choose Select 2 using the arrow key.
Select 2 Receive Call Press Select 2 key.
e.g. 1234 The call number appears. If you wish, you can
dial it immediately.
Press the Lift / Replace key. The call number
is dialled automatically.
Or...
Back Press the Back key, to return to the
telephones idle mode.

Customising the handset
Turning handset number display on / off
By default, the handset number display is turned off. The following procedure
can be used to turn on the display. In the telephones idle mode, the number
(e.g. HS1 for handset 1) then appears on the left in the second line from the
top. If you have several handsets registered on a base station, you can use
this number to identify the handsets.
MENU Press the Menu key.
Choose Select 7 using the arrow key.
Select 7 Handset Set Press the Select 7 key.
Select 1 Handset No. Press the Select 1 key.
e.g. On Select On or Off using the arrow key.
OK Press the OK key.
Select further settings. Or
Press the R key to leave that menu level.
Turning the base station number display on / off
By default, the base station number display is turned off. The following
procedure can be used to turn on the display. In the telephones idle mode,
the number (e.g. BS1 for base station 1) then appears on the right in the
second line from the top. If your handset is registered on several base
stations, you can use this number to identify the base station, with which the
handset is in radio contact.
MENU Press the Menu key.
Choose Select 7 using the arrow key.
Select 7 Handset Set Press the Select 7 key.
Choose Select 2 using the arrow key.
Select 2 Base No. Press the Select 2 key.
e.g. On Select On or Off using the arrow key.
