Press the selection button next to

he time/date for the desired
appointment.
The cursor is at hours.
Set the desired appointment time
using the control buttons (up/down,
left/right). When setting the date
you can distinguish between one-
off, daily, monthly and annual
appointments.
The date shows:
--.--.-- = daily appointments
03.--.-- = monthly appointments
15.09.-- = annual appointments
15.09.03 = one-off appointments

To delete an appointment press the
selection button next to the delete
symbol for 2 seconds.
The appointment is deleted.
To enter or edit additional
information press the selection
button next to the entry symbol or
an existing text.
The cursor appears in the entry field for
additional information.
If required change the occupancy of
t
he entry buttons by pressing the
control button (up) (refer to
"Summary of possible symbols"
t
able in the "Telephone book"
chapter).
The display shows the possible
occupancies:
(ABC) = Capital letters
(abc) = Small letters
(12!?) = Numbers and special
characters

ou reach the individual letters by
pressing once or more on the
individual entry button.
The entry location flashes.
