self-tapping Screws (6) from the left Receiver Half
(2), and remove two self-tapping Screws (6) from
the right Receiver Half (3). Lift the left Receiver
Half (2) from the right Receiver
Half (3). For re-assembly, do not
torque these screws more than 8.0
in-lb (0.90 N-m).
9. Lift the Safey assembly (arrow)
from the right Receiver Half.
If necessary, remove the
Front Grip Inset Panel (51),

Trigger Adapter assembly
(17). Lift the Trigger and Spring
(16) from the marker. Lift the
Trigger Adapter Assembly from
the marker.
11. Remove the Air Supply
Adapter (ASA) (47) and Gas
Line (49) as an assembly from
the marker. The Gas Line pulls
out of the Gas Line Joint (37)
attached to the Power Tube.
Pull the Gas Line from the ASA
if necessary. If the O-ring (52)
inside the ASA needs to be
replaced, use a pick to remove
the existing one. Be sure to
properly seat the new O-ring as
shown in the inset graphic in
Figure 9. A little marker oil on
the O-ring will make reassembly
easier.
12. Remove the Sear (42) by
lifting straight up from the
right Receiver half. Be sure to
maintain control of the Spring
(44) while removing the Sear.
13. If the Ball Latch (50) needs replaced, pry it out from the right Receiver half. To insert a
