5. The large Gas Line Nut (17) ts into the recessed area as shown. Tighten the small Gas
Line nut with your ngers.
6. After the marker is completely reassembled, tighten the nut with a wrench.
Further Reassembly
Numbers in parentheses refer to parts diagram item numbers. Apply Tippmann Certied
Marker Oil to parts marked with an asterisk* prior to
reassembly.
1. Install the four Trigger Pins (4).Install the black Sear
Pin (5). Install two Linkage Arm Pins* (6) shown in
Figure 15.
2. Place the Trigger (9) onto the Trigger Pins. Install
the yellow Trigger Spring (10). Make sure the Trigger
Guard (12) is in place.
3. Refer to Figure 12 and install the Front Bolt* (21)
and then the Rear Bolt* (49).Rotate the Front and
Rear Bolt so that the holes for the Linkage Arm are
accessible. Insert the Linkage Arm* (ACT #50, non-ACT #51) into the holes and rotate
so that the Linkage Arm is between the Pins (6).
4. Place the Sear (7) onto the Sear Pin. Install the green Sear Spring (8) as shown in
Figure 15.
5. For ACT markers, refer to the Parts Diagram on pages 18-19, and install the Spring
Cup* (51), Upper Spring Long* (53), Spring Pin* (54), making sure the longer end of the
Spring Pin goes into the Rear Bolt. Install the Upper Spring Short* (55). Install the Bolt
Handle (47), Drive Spring* (52) and Guide Pin* (48), Buffer O-Ring (56), and the End
Cap (31).
6. For non-ACT markers, refer to the Parts Diagram on pages 24-25, and install the Rear
Bolt Plug (non-ACT #50, ACT markers do not have a rear bolt plug), the Bolt Handle
(47), Drive Spring* (52) and Guide Pin* (48), Buffer O-Ring (56), and the End Cap (31).
7. If previously removed, reinstall the two Air Supply Adapter Nuts (13).
8. Set the Left Front Receiver half (23) onto the marker. Install and tighten one receiver
screw (26).
9. Install the Front Grip (25). Secure with one long receiver screw (27).
10. Place the Left Rear Receiver half (32) onto the marker. Insert ve Receiver Screws (24)
and fasten nger-tight. For ease of installation, tighten the bolt over the Trigger rst.
Tighten all Receiver Screws using the included allen wrench.
11. Attach the Air Supply Adapter (35) with two screws (36 and 37). NOTE: The short ASA
screw (36) goes in front.
12. Apply Tippmann Certied Marker Oil onto the Barrel O-Ring* (39), insert the Barrel (38)
and carefully screw it in.
13. Slide the Feed Elbow (40) pins into the Right Receiver Half bosses and rotate up until
the Front Sight (19) holds it in place.
