1. To remove the Barrel (38), simply unscrew the Barrel from the Receiver. To reinstall it,
just turn it clockwise to thread it into the Receiver.
2. Use the included Allen wrench to turn the Velocity Screw (29) all the way in (clockwise)
until it stops.
3. Remove the Feed Elbow (40). Press the Front Sight down to release the Feed Elbow.
Rotate the Feed Elbow away from the Receiver, then pull straight back to remove the
Feed Elbow pins from the mounting holes. Set the Feed Elbow aside.
4. Always remove the Left Rear Receiver half (32) rst.To remove the Left Rear Receiver
half, lay the marker on its right half, leaving the left side upwards. Remove ve Receiver
Screws (24) shown above using the included allen wrench. Carefully lift the Left Rear
Receiver half from the Right Receiver half.
5. Remove the Left Front Receiver side only to repair or replace the Front Sight (19),
Front Sight Spring (18), Front Sight Pin (20), or the Ball Latch (14) shown in Figure
12. Replace the Front Sight Pin only if broken. To remove the Left Front Receiver half,
remove one short Receiver Bolt (26) near the Front sight and one long Receiver Bolt
(27) from the Front Grip.
6. Refer to Figure 12. For ACT markers, remove the Guide Pin (48), Drive Spring (52),
ACT parts and springs (51, 53, 54, and 55) and the Buffer O-Ring (56) with the End Cap
(31) from the Right Receiver half.
For non-ACT markers, remove the End Cap (31), Guide Pin (48), Drive Spring (52),
and Buffer O-Ring (56). Inspect parts for damage and replace if necessary.
7. Remove the Sear (7) and Sear Spring (8). Inspect parts for damage and replace if
necessary. For reassembly, note that the black Pin (5) is for the Sear (see Figure 15).
8. Refer to Figure 12. Rotate and lift out the Linkage Arm (50). Remove the Rear Bolt
(49) and Front Bolt (21). Inspect parts for damage and replace if necessary. Pay close
attention to the condition of the O-Rings.
9. Refer to Figure 12. The Bolt Handle (47) can now be removed from the Rear Bolt (49).
