Applicability

Brand Fire Pits are warranted against
defects in materials and workmanship for a
period of 2 years from the date of purchase when
used under normal conditions for its intended
purpose in a residential backyard setting.
Eligibility
□ This limited warranty extends to the original
purchasers of TIKI
®
Brand Fire Pits who are
located in the continental United States (Hawaii,
Alaska and U.S. territories are excluded). The
“original purchaser,” for the purposes of this
warranty, is the first purchaser from tikibrand.com
or an authorized retailer, or in the case of a gift,
to the initial gift recipient of the first purchaser.
This limited warranty is non-transferable.
