Assembly Instructions LH200
CongratulationsonpurchasingtheTranzSporterLH200.Thethreeboxesandbundlesoftrackscontain
theassembledpartsplustheowner’smanual,makinguptheLH200.Pleasereadthefollowinginstruc-
tionscompletelybeforestartingassembly.Refertotheowner’smanualforfurtherinformationonuseand
maintenanceoftheLH-200.
Partsfoundinthethreeboxesare:
 (1)BaseSection,Manual&TopCap
 (2)CollapsibleCarriageandPlywoodBrackets
 (3)MotorBasewithHandle
 (4)TrackSectionsinawrappedbundle
1. Removeallhoistpartsfromtheboxesandplace
 onacleanfloororassemblyarea.Layonetrack
 sectiononaflatfloorwiththe“front”sideup.
 Thisisdeterminedbythespacebetweenthe
 trackcrossbarandthetracksectionedgeas
 showninpicture1.
2. Removesliceplatesfromthetracksection.
 Attachthetrackbasetothebottomofthetrack
 sectionusingfour3/8”x3/4”hexheadbolts
 providedortheboltsusedinattachingthesplice 
 plates.Note:Thetrackbasemountstothe
 outsideofthetracksectionasshowninpicture3.
 Thebottomofthetracksectionisdeterminedby 
 makingsurethebracesarebelowthecross
 barsasshowninpicture2.
3. Startingatthetopofthetracksectionslide
 carriage assemblyontotracksectionsothat
 thefourrollersconnecttothetoprailofthetrack
 sectionasshowninpicture4.“Roll”carriage
 assemblytothebase.Atthistimelockthebase
 inplaceusingthelatchpinasshowninpicture5.
