User Responsibilities
PERFORM THE FOLLOWING AT THE START AND END OF THE WORK DAY AND AFTER
4 HOURS OF OPERATION DURING THE DAY:
•Checkoillevelinengineandllaccordingtomanufacturer’sspecications.
•Checkcableforsmoothoperationandforsignsofwear.
•Checkforlooseboltsandtightenaccordingtospecications.
•Checktracksectionsandallothermovingpartsforexcessivewearorfatigue.
•Checkgeneralconditionofequipment.
•Checkoperator’sunderstandingoftheproperoperationforthisequipment.
•Checkextensioncordsandconnectionsforwearordamage.
•Checkbrakepartsregularlyforwearordamage.
•Checkcabledrumbearings,theyshouldrunsmoothlywhenthebrakeisreleased.Ifthereisanynoiseor
 ifthecabledrumdoesnotspinfreely,replacedrumbearingsimmediately.
