GLOBE INSTALLATION To remove the heat sink, first undo the grub screw with the supplied Allen key. The heat sink will unscrew from the globe. Note: It is a long thread. Remove the heat sink. It does not have to be removed from wiring & connector. Screw heat sink back onto the globe body & tighten the grub screw. Connect wiring to the vehicle. Secure LED controller to the vehicle. Once original headlight globe is removed, install the globe into the headlight fitting.
