Description
100% acrylic elastomeric water-based clear-drying
roof patch. Dries Clear.
Uses
• Adhering Shingles
• Repairing Cracks And Seams
• Flashings, Vents, Gutters, Skylights,
Air Conditioners
Surface Preparation
Clean Roof - Remove dust, dirt, debris, mildew and
other contaminants from surface.
Application
Application temperature must be a minimum of
60°F and rising. Do not apply when temperature
is expected to drop below 60°F within a 24 hour
period. In areas where dew or fog accumulates in
the early evening, it is best to coat in the morning.
Stop coating by early afternoon (3:00 pm) to
prevent wash off, which will occur if dew, fog, or
rain arrives before coating dries. Apply Roof Patch
with a trowel or putty knife.
Drying Time
Dependant upon thickness and atmospheric drying
conditions. Typically 1 to 4 hours. NOTE - Patch
material will reach optimum clarity after several
days of curing.
Clean Up
Wash tools with water before material dries.
Weather Conditions
• Do not apply if rain is imminent or forecast
within 24 hours of application.
Coverage
Dependent upon depth and width of areas to be
repaired.
Precautions
• Do Not Freeze
• Do Not Store at Temperatures Below 50 ºF
• ATTENTION - Empty containers may retain
material residues. Dispose of empty container
in accordance with local, state, and federal
regulations based upon chemical composition of
contents
