SealBest Concentrated Roof Cleaner is an
environmentally friendly water based cleaner
featuring superior cleaning action.
Uses
• Asphalt and Cedar Shingles
• EPDM, SBS, & APP Roof Surfaces
• Mobile Homes, Campers, & RVs
• Wood Decks, Aluminum, & Vinyl Siding
Coverage
One .9 Gallon Jug will make enough solution to
clean up to 750 square feet of roof surface.
Directions
MIXING- Mix at a ratio of 1 part Concentrated Roof
Cleaner to 4 parts water. Stir thoroughly.
APPLYING ROOF CLEANER- Apply mixed Roof
Cleaner Solution with garden type sprayer or
brush. Brush with a stiff brush to remove dirt and
stains. Repeat if necessary. Avoid letting solution
dry completely. RINSE THOROUGHLY WITH
WATER. NOTE- Severely stained areas my require
repeat applications. Work in small areas at a time
(20 sq. ft. or less).
Clean Up
Clean tools with water before material has dried.
