Thorocrete
®
Concrete Patch is a one-component, dry
polymer-modified cement-based patching material,
stronger than concrete. Easy to use, just add water. Dries
twice as fast as mortar. Matches the color of concrete.
Used for patching, resurfacing or leveling interior or
exterior concrete floors, residential driveways, sidewalks,
curbs, steps and patios.
Weather & Drying Guidelines

Concrete Patch is designed to dry fast - twice
as fast as mortar. Actual drying time depends on ambient
temperature as well as the temperature of the powder,
mixing water and affected surface.
Application Suggestions
Apply as shown. Use a tampico fiber brush to apply and a
trowel to place thickened mixture. Wear protective gloves
and goggles.
Clean & Prepare Surface
Remove all dirt, loose material, grease and unsound
concrete. Use a mild solution of bleach and water (1 qt. to
5 gals) to remove any mildew, mold or algae from surface.
A thorough cleaning may include power washing. Make
sure surface is structurally sound.
Mix Thoroughly
Mix Thorocrete
®
powder with clean water to form a stiff
workable consistency. Stir until all material is thoroughly
wet and no dry lumps remain.
Brush/Trowel it On
Apply a thin coat with a tampico fiber brush, working it
into the area to be patched (up to 1/4 " thick). Using a
trowel, place another coat of Thorocrete
®
, (no more than
1/2" thick, in the application area, while first coat is still
wet. Coverage: 3 lbs. covers approximately 1-1/2 sq. ft,
1/4 inch thick (1.36 kg covers approximately .21 sq.m, .64

Clean-Up, Storage, and Disposal
Clean tools with warm soapy water immediately after use.
Store unused product in its original can, tightly sealed.
Dispose of this product in accordance with local, state and
federal requirements.
