Internet
connection is
slow.
I cannot connect
to 3G network.
T h i s d e v i c e c a n c o n n e c t t o
2G/EDGE networks only. Therefore,
you need to connect to web sites
optimized for mobiles.
For heavy downloads (involving
music or videos), you will need to
connect to a Wi-Fi network.
Check the signal bar: If you have
less than 3 bars, the device will be
able to received phone calls and
SMS, but the data connection will
be stopped or very slow otherwise.
Internet access
is not working.
Connect to a Wi-Fi network. When a
Wi-Fi network is not available:
Check that you have a data plan
with your operator,
Once data is activated, the logo
(E for Edge) should appear on top of
screen next to the signal bar. If the
logo does not appear, it means data
mode is not active. In order to
activate data mode:
Activate the correct SIM card for
data use: > Dual
SIM Settings > Data connection
