2.8 - EMAIL ALERT SETTINGS
Yourrecordercansendyouanemailnoticationif
motionisdetectedorifthereareotherevents.
You must have 2 email addresses: the sender
address,whichwillbeusedbythedevicetosend
alerts,andtheaddressthatwillreceivethesealerts.
The device uses the username and password
of the sender address to connect and send the
email.Congurationdependsonthechosenemail
provider'ssettings.
Note: the 2addressescanbe thesame(you will
simplybesendinganemailtoyourself).
Thisexampleuseswww.gmail.com:
[e-mail] sends the alerts,
[e-mail] receives the alerts. Both
addressesneedtohavebeencreatedbeforehand.
To adjust email settings, go to the 'Paramètre'
[Parameters]menu/'Réseau'[Network]/'Email':
