BASE SETUP
Use the handset to set up the base
features.
TONE/PULSE DIALING
This adjustment allows you to
select tone (touch-tone) or pulse
(rotary) mode dialing. The phone is
automatically set for touch-tone
use.
1. Make sure the phone power is
ON (but not in the “talk” mode
by pressing the PWR button.
2. Use the arrow buttons to scroll
through the main menu until
Base setup
is flashing.
3. Press the SELECT button. A
second menu shows on the
display.
4. Use the arrow buttons to scroll
to
T/P setting.
5. Press SELECT.
6. Use the arrow buttons to scroll
to the desired setting.
7. Press SELECT to confirm.
