The screen in Figure 21 instructs the
operator to adjust the output level of
the ADAPT for +6dBm to +7dBm.
This is the OPTIMAL input level for
the upconverter. Although it will
operate at lower (and higher) input
levels, the best performance can be
achieved with this level.

The screen in Figure 22 is
informational only. It instructs the
operator to connect a power meter
to a calibrated coupler on the output
RF system.
