3. When the follower has been depressed, pivot the cartridge so that the rim is
under the lips and push the cartridge fully to the rear of the magazine.
4. Once the cartridge has been seated, repeat the operation, pushing the next
cartridge straight down on top of the previous cartridge, pivoting and pushing it
completely to the rear of the magazine. The magazine provided with your rifle
holds 5 cartridges.

Inserting the magazine into the
T/C 22 LR Classic’s action:
Ensure that the rifle’s safety is in the “ON” position, and that the rifle is point-
ing down-range in a safe direction. Insert the magazine into the magazine well
of the rifle with the bullets pointed toward the muzzle of the rifle (with the mag-
azine catch to the rear).
