Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental

or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion

may not apply to you in whole or in part. Thompson/Center will

ot be responsible for:

• Defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling,

unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or

attempted by anyone other than a qualified gunsmith follow-

ing Thompson/Center authorized procedures, or beyond the

disassembly instructions in this manual.

• Use of defective or improper ammunition, corrosion, neglect,

abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use.

• Criminal misuse, negligence, resale, use under the

influence of drugs or alcohol.

Thompson/Center reserves the right to determine what consti-

tutes ordinary wear and tear.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have

other rights that vary from state to state.

Note: All liability is excluded in the event that the instructions in

this manual are not observed.

This warranty does not cover any damage caused by custom

alteration of the firearm! Services performed by the

Thompson/Center Custom Shop do not void the warranty.

Thompson/Center Arms reserves the right to refuse to repair or

replace firearms, or parts thereof, damaged by abuse or misuse.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also

have other rights which vary from state to state. Address all cor-

respondence and inquiries to the address shown on the cover of

this booklet.

This warranty does not cover the finish of the stock or steel com-

ponents from scratches, dings or rust which may occur through

normal usage or improper care, or any damage caused by cus-

tom alteration of the firearm other than those performed by the

T/C Custom Shop! Thompson/Center Arms reserves the right to

refuse to repair or replace firearms, or parts thereof, damaged by

abuse or misuse
