7.6.3 Split mode
With Split mode, you can assign dierent voices to certain keyboard areas. The preset
split point is on piano key [F#3].

If desired, individually specify the split point as described under
Ä
Chapter 7.4
‘Split point setting’ on page 18.

Assign the right hand voice as described under
Ä
Chapter 7.6.2 ‘Dual mode’
on page 19.
3. Press [SPLIT] to activate the split mode.
4. Use the rotary control to select a desired voice that you want to assign to the
area to the left (Voice L) of the split point.
5. To change the combination of voices, press repeatedly [VOICE] to toggle
between the rst and second right hand voices. Then use the rotary control to
select the desired voice.

The currently set voices appear in the display. If you now press a key, both
voices sound simultaneously.
6. Press [SPLIT] again to end the split mode.
7.6.4 Piano mode
You can use the Piano mode to simulate playing an acoustic piano.
1. Press [PIANO] to activate the piano mode.
2. Press [VOICE] to disable the piano mode.
Dual and Split mode are not available in piano mode.
