If an error is indicated, contact ThirdEye or your ThirdEye Partner
authorized reseller/distributor immediately for servicing. Do not attempt
to access the batteries or disassemble the device.
9.) Headstrap
The X2 is designed to fit on the majority of head sizes- however
if you feel that the X2 is slipping off, you can wear your head
strap by slipping it into the notch (see Overview picture). For
different types of straps that can be used, visit the Forum section
of the website or contact Support.
10.) Using the X2 with eye glasses - Corrective lenses
In many cases the X2 can be worn over the top of your glasses.
However, this depends on your individual head shape and size
of glasses.
If you are unable to wear the X2 over your glasses, please visit
our website to order our easy-to-use attachable corrective lenses.
You can clip them on the inside of the Glasses.





