Hardwiring
the
dash
cam
Hardwiring
the
dash
cam
directly to
the
vehicle
power
enables
parking
surveil-
lance
feature
of
the
device
which
is
used
to
record
any
incident to
the
vehicle
while
the
ignition
is
turned
off.
Warning:
Make
sure
to
install
the
product
only
when
the
engine
ignition
is
turned
off.
1.
Connect
the
adapter
tip
end
to
the
dash
cam
DC-IN
power
port
and
connect
the
other
end
to
the
vehicle
fusebox
according
to
the
instructions
explained
below.
(Please
note that
the
location
and
appeararnce
of the
fuse
box
may
vary
depending
on
vehicle
make
and
model
so
consult
the
vehicle
owner's
manual
to
locate
the
fuse
panel)

Refer
to
the
fuse
box
diagram
usually
found
in
the
owner's
manual
to
locate
and
connect
to
B+/
ACC/GND
terminals.

B+
(Continuous
power):
:
Connect
to the
fuse
that
is
usually
used
for
break
lights,
dome
light,
or
emergency
lights

:
ACC
(Power
supplied
only
when
1
'
I
ignition
is
engaged)
:
Connect
to the
fuse
that
is
usually
used
for
audio
:
GND
(Ground
connection)
:
Connect
the
ground
wire
to
GND
connector
(
usually
found
near
the
fuses)
which
must
connect
to the
metal
object
of the
vehicle
o
The
connecting
fuse
location
might
differ
depending
on
car
make
and
model
so
check
with
vehicle
owner's
manual
to
find
appropriate
connectors.
2.
Arrange
the
power
cable
from
the
location
of
the
dash
cam
installation
loca-
tion
flowing
down
to
the
left
of
the
driver
seat
to
the
fuse
panel.
Arrange
the
wire
so
that
cable
does
not
interfere
with the
vehicle
airbag
3.
After
connecting
using
continuous
power
cable,
turn
the
ignition
on
to
power
the
dash
cam.
Once
the
dash
cam
is
powered
on,
turn
off
the
ignition
and
wait
upto
30
seconds
to
verify
that
the
device
automatically
changes
to
parking
surveillance
mode.
