5.4.15 Configuring the video overwriting function
You can overwrite the oldest video files for new video files in the storage reserved for each mode. Refer to
the following instructions to select the video file types to overwrite.

On the Live view screen, tap the Home button ( )
>
Settings
>
System Settings, and then tap the
button next to Overwrite Videos.

Select the video file types to overwrite, and the tap the confirmation button ( ). The new setting is
applied to the system as soon as a change is made.
5.4.16 Initializing the system settings (Reset Settings)
You can return all the system settings to factory default settings. Follow the instructions to initialize the
system settings.

On the Live view screen, tap the Home button ( )
>
Settings
>
System Settings, and then tap the
Reset button next to Reset Settings.

Tap the confirmation button ( ) on the confirmation window. All the system settings will be
initialized.

A confirmation window will appear when the initialization is complete. Tap the confirmation button
( ) to close the window. (The window will disappear after 5 seconds without a user input.)
Do not disconnect power or remove the memory card from the product during the initialization. Doing so
may cause serious damage to the data stored in the memory card.
