Requirements
This r efrigerator is made fo r a built-in installation. Correct ventilation is necessary for the correct
operation of the refrigerato r and to increase the life of the ref r igerator cooling system.
Ventilation allows the natural air flow that is necessary fo r good refrigeration. Coole r air comes in
through a lower intake vent, goes around the ref r igerato r coils where it removes the excess heat f r om
the refrigerato r components, and goes out through an uppe r exhaust vent. If this air flow is blocked or
decreased, the r efrigerator will not cool correctly. Do not install the vents into completely enclosed areas
such as closets or cabinets.
