o 1/2” drill for surface mount
o Follow pre-installation instruction on
page 5 for recessed mount controls

Mud Ring
(RIK-TPMR-1) for MTMR-XX
installation only
Install recessed control mud-ring (provided with control) during
rough-in stage of wall preparation. Fabricate and install materials
as precise as possible, following the shape of the mud-ring.
See page 5 for detailed instructions.
Shower wall

Make a 1/2" diameter hole in the desired location.
The control should be installed 60" from the floor
of the shower and away from the steamhead.
