Custom Drawer Front
Custom panels must meet the following
requirements:
• Have a handle.
• Have a minimum thickness of ¾" (19 mm).
• Have all edges finished.
• If using wood, the back must be sealed to prevent
moisture damage.
• Be capable of withstanding temperatures above 158°F
(70°C).
Custom Drawer Front Preparation
1. Mark pilot holes on the back side of the panel
according to the dimensions indicated in Figure 7.
2. Drill pilot holes with a 3/32” (2.5 mm) drill bit. Be
careful not to drill all the way through the panel.
Pilot holes should only be 7/16” (11 mm) deep, see
Figure 8 on page 9.
3. Attach your own handle.
