What are important tips about grouting with STARLIKE
®
Grout?
• Remove excess grout off the face of tile with a grout float immediately after packing the grout in the joints. Don’t
leave large globs of STARLIKE
®
Grout on the face of the tile. Remove them promptly prior to cleaning.
• Use the white pad to help in the first cleaning of the grouted surface.
• Use plain water with no other additives, plenty of water.
• Working time of STARLIKE® Grout is over 60 minutes at 70°F (21°C); don’t mix more STARLIKE® Grout than you can
grout in that time frame.
• The mixing ratio of Part A and Part B is 100 : 8 and found in the technical data sheet available at
www.thetiledoctor.com. Please use accuracy and precision when partially measuring smaller amount of the
individual unit. We recommend the purchase of smaller units to assure no waste and no partial mixing.
• Change white pad, sponge and cleaning water as often as you can and not more then every 80 ft

• STARLIKE® Grout will be tack free in approximately 3-4 hours at 70°F (21°C). It is ready for light foot traffic in 24
hours.
Is STARLIKE® eligible for a Warranty?
Yes. When installed with a complete system of qualifying products from Litokol, STARLIKE® is eligible for up to 10 years
Limited Lifetime System Warranty on the entire installation.
