5. Charging
• The red charging symbol appears when the battery needs to be
charged.
• Please charge the device immediately to preserve battery life.
• Plug the supplied USB-cable into the designated port on the device
and connect the unit to a suitable USB power source.
• Do not apply excessive force when connecting a USB cable. The
USB plug fits only one way into the USB port.
• To fully charge, leave the device connected for approximately
6 hours.
• The red charging symbol indicates now that the built-in recharge-
able battery is charging. As soon as the charging symbol turns off,
the built-in rechargeable battery is fully charged.
• Disconnect the device from the charging power source.
• Recharge the battery every six months, even if the product is not
in use.
6. Getting started
• Before the first use, please charge it fully.
• Slide the POWER ON/OFF switch to ON.
• The display appears for 6 seconds.
• 12:00 and the indoor temperature appear on the display.

7. Illumination
• Press the SNOOZE/LIGHT sensor button to adjust the brightness in
4 levels.
• To save energy, the display switches off automatically after 6 se-
conds if the device is not connected to the mains. The display
remains permanently active when you leave the unit connected to
a USB power source.
• To temporarily activate the display, touch the alarm clock slightly
or make a loud sound (such as clapping your hands).
8. Operation
8.1 Time setting
• Press and hold the TIME SET button for three seconds to enter the
setting mode.
• The hour digit will be flashing. Press the UP or DOWN button to
adjust the hours. Press and hold the buttons for fast mode.
• Confirm the setting with the TIME SET button and set minutes in
the same way.
• Confirm the setting with the TIME SET button.
• The display shows the current time.
• The device will automatically quit the setting mode if no button is
pressed for 9 seconds.
8.2 12/24-hour display setting
• Press the TIME SET button briefly in normal mode to set the 12 HR
or 24 HR system (default 24 Hr). In the 12 Hr system AM or PM
(after 12 o'clock) appears on the display.
